Men's Ministry
The men of RVC regularly come together to pray, fellowship, and study the Word together.
Monthly men's breakfasts
Typically, on the first Saturday morning of each month, the men of RVC meet at 8am for breakfast and Bible study. Currently, we're doing a study through the book of Proverbs. Our goal in all our Bible studies is to understand the context of the book and what was being conveyed to the original audience, how these truths point us to Christ, and how this truth applies to our lives and changes us today (in that order).
Our time together usually lasts about an hour and a half. Boys are welcome, too! This year, we're seeking to include our sons so that all the men may pour into our sons, teaching them life skills, and showing them what a godly relationship with Christ looks like. Bring a friend, your Bible, an appetite, and a desire to learn more about the Bible.
Men's Shepherding Group
Our Men's Shepherding Group is open to all men at RVC who are desirous to grow in maturity as disciples of Christ. We meet monthly (generally on the third Sunday of each month from 4:00-5:30 p.m.) to study Scripture, discuss books on the study of God and on what it means to lead or manage your home well, and to pray for one another.
